1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Valorenode LDA, a company registered in Lisbon, Portugal ("Valorenode," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Valorenode platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Valorenode provides an autonomous AI-powered review intelligence platform including multi-platform ingestion, deep-web retrieval agents, AI response drafting, analytics, and compliance tooling. Service tiers and feature limits are defined at /pricing.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for: (a) maintaining accurate account information, (b) securing authentication credentials, (c) ensuring lawful basis for processing review data under applicable regulations, and (d) reviewing AI-generated drafts before publication. Customers must not use the platform to process data in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. The 3-day trial requires no payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service interruptions exceeding our 99.9% uptime SLA.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
