1. Data Controller
Valorenode LDA, Lisbon, Portugal, is the data controller for account and billing data. For review content processed on behalf of customers, Valorenode acts as a data processor — see our GDPR DPA at /compliance/gdpr.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, organization details
- Usage data: feature interactions, API calls, session metadata
- Review data: content ingested from connected platforms on your instruction
- Billing data: processed by Stripe (we store only subscription status)
3. How We Use Data
Data is used exclusively to deliver the Valorenode platform, improve our autonomous AI engine, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data. AI training on customer data is disabled (store:false on all OpenAI API calls).
4. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Exercise these rights via /contact or dpo@valorenode.com. We respond within 30 days.
