1. Permitted Use
Valorenode is designed for lawful review management, customer feedback analysis, AI-assisted response drafting, and reputation intelligence. Customers may use the platform for any legitimate business purpose consistent with connected platform terms of service (Google, Meta, TikTok, Trustpilot).
2. Prohibited Activities
- Generating fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews
- Harassing individuals through automated responses
- Processing data without lawful basis under GDPR or applicable law
- Attempting to bypass multi-tenant isolation or access other organizations' data
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attacking the Valorenode API
- Using AI agents to impersonate real individuals without disclosure
- Transmitting malware, spam, or abusive content through the platform
3. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, data preservation for legal proceedings, and reporting to relevant authorities. Valorenode reserves the right to terminate accounts that pose security or legal risk to our platform or other customers.
